What to Expect when you come into the office:
When you arrive you will fill out a New Client Intake form.
There will be time for you to use the restroom and wash your hands and there will be a short discussion of focus areas prior to your session.
Undress to your level of comfort. Your private areas will be covered the entire time. Professionalism is our priority!
Any questions are welcome throughout your session, though silence is a great space for healing, awareness, and change, so don't be afraid to focus on your breath and zone out!
